In September, ST Telemedia opened our Vietnam Representative Office in Hanoi and signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Corporation, Vietnam’s leading telecoms operator, to jointly explore the provision of value-added telecommunications services and investment opportunities in Indo-China.
