ST Telemedia Holds First International Advisory Panel Meeting
ST Telemedia International Advisory Panel (IAP) met for the first time in Singapore on 26 August 2010. ST Telemedia will tap on the knowledge and expertise of a distinguished panel, comprising some of the world’s leading industry experts and corporate leaders, to further strengthen the management of its global investments.
Panel members include Sir Michael Perry, GBE, Chairman of The Leverhulme Trust and The Leverhulme Trade Charities Trust, and also an Independent Director of ST Telemedia; Mr Roger Carr, Chairman of Centrica; Dr Colin Hunt, Managing Director of Macquarie Capital (Europe), Dublin Branch; Sir Peter Middleton GCB, UK Chairman of Marsh & McLennan Companies; Ambassador Cynthia Schneider, Ph.D, Distinguished Professor in the Practice of Diplomacy at Georgetown University and Senior Non-Resident Fellow of Brookings Institution; and Mr Brendan Tuohy, Adjunct Professor of University College Cork, Ireland. |

StarHub Subsidiary Starts Commercial Ops to Power Infinite Possibilities on Nationwide Ultra High-Speed Fibre Network
Wholly owned subsidiary of StarHub, Nucleus Connect, celebrated its commercial launch on 31 August 2010. The company also unveiled the Retail Service Providers who have come onboard its network. Nucleus Connect was appointed by the Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore on 3 April 2009 to design, build and operate the active infrastructure of this super highway.
